A native Italian speaker, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in European languages and literatures. I am a freelance translator specialising in the medical area.

Studying foreign languages and learning about new cultures, has always fascinated me, and is why I chose to study languages at the university.
After graduating, I enjoyed expanding my English knowledge by working as an Au Pair in the UK for 10 months, after which I got back to my first love: translating English texts into Italian.

My love for languages began as a teenager trying to grasp the meaning of song lyrics. I tried to improve my English by learning as many songs as possible and translating them into Italian. Now, I am delighted to make a job out of my passion by helping people around the world to break through language barriers.

Today, 3 years into my career as a professional translator, is to make it possible for Italian healthcare professionals to access medical documentation in English in an easy way, without worrying about learning the language.
In fact, since the very beginning, I have always been committed to providing the highest quality translation services, paying particular attention to working efficiently and keeping the lines of communication with clients clear and concise.

My mission is simple: to provide high-quality translation services that best satisfy the client. I adapt to the specific needs of each project to ensure excellence in what I do.

I am currently working as a volunteer translator for the global language charity Translators without Borders that supports global communication.
I have also worked with award-winning marketing writer Jacky Fitt FRSA, by translating her marketing guides from English into Italian.
